Description

Stevens Community Medical Center has Two part-time Dietitian positions available.

** One is a permanent 3-4 day/week position; and the other is for a casual position to cover basic needs while filling permanent position. Both positions could include some remote work.

Candidate will consult with the Food and Nutrition Department regarding inpatient and outpatient diets and nutrition therapy.

Primary responsibilities include developing nutrition care plans for inpatient and outpatients and providing Medical Nutrition Therapy as needed in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Communicates and coordinates with physicians and other health care staff as needed on patient care plans. Consults with Food and Nutrition Department regarding inpatient diets/nutrition therapy.

Qualifications:
* Registered Dietitian- eligible for MN licensure
* Experience in diabetes self-management education
* Lactation consultation experience or certification helpful but not required.

Pay Information: Starting at $30.64 per hour and is dependent on prior relevant experience. Applications accepted until position is filled.
