Locums Internal Medicine coverage in Georgia with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care-step into an established adult practice with strong clinical support and dates still available.

Practice Setting

• Preventative care-focused assignment with Internal Medicine/Family Medicine scope
• Clinic-based care plus inpatient coverage as needed (mix of settings)
• Average volume around 20 patients/day
• Team support includes MAs (5), PA/NP (1), office staff (2), and RN support

Schedule

• Weekday coverage with standard daytime clinic hours
• Monday-Thursday full clinic days; Friday is a shorter half-day
• Full-time expectation: approximately 20 shifts per month
• Call rotates with an APP service (about twice monthly)

Cases and Procedures

• Internal Medicine / Family Medicine outpatient clinic visits
• Preventative care emphasis
• Well-woman care preferred; gynecology experience is a plus

Requirements

• Must be an MD/DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 24 months of experience
• Ability to participate in shared call rotation
