Practice Setting

• Outpatient only - no rounding or admissions.
• Support team includes 1 RN and 2 MAs.
• Located near DN County Airport and Arcata/Eureka Airport.
• Credentials required: Active CA License, DEA, Positive Immunization Titers.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM shifts.
• Only 1-2 weeks per month - you pick the dates.
• Enjoy holidays off (New Year's, Memorial Day, etc.).

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• BLS certification mandatory.
• Capability to see a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
• Decision typically within 7-14 days; fast response time.
