Relocating to a Brand New Breckenridge Location
This practice will be relocating to a 115,000 square foot, brand new, state-of-the-art facility with a mid 2023 completion date. This New Ambulatory Care Center will provide high quality clinical care, focused on primary care with wrap-around services. The goal is to enhance network adequacy and convenient access to BH services within a reasonable travel time for as many service area residents as possible.
