Now Hiring: Family Medicine Providers (MD, DO, PA-C, NP)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Baldwin, WI and Multiple Wisconsin Locations
ReforMedicine is a fast-growing direct-pay and employer-sponsored Direct Primary Care Family- and Obesity Medicine practice. We are leading a movement dedicated to restoring affordability, transparency, simplicity, and relationship-based care in primary care medicine. We are seeking compassionate, skilled medical providers who value the practice of medicine the way it is meant to be — focused on patients, not paperwork. We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Provider for our Baldwin, WI clinic. Other Wisconsin-based facility locations may be available.

Who We’re Looking For
MD/DO – Open to new residency graduates entering their first attending role.
PA-C/NP – Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Passion for patient-centered, affordable care models.
Keen interest in obesity treatment/medical weight loss. ABOM or other advanced certification is a plus.
Must be willing to opt out of Medicare billing (Don’t worry, we’ll help)
Certification as a Medical Examiner for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration exams (DOT- or “truck driver” physicals) or willing to obtain this “DOT” certification. (One day online course plus certification exam)
