Preferred Family Medicine is a thriving concierge Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Reno, Nevada, providing high-quality, relationship-based primary care outside the constraints of traditional insurance. We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated, collegial team.
This is a rare, turnkey opportunity to assume an established patient panel in a practice designed for balance, autonomy, and genuine patient connection.
Position Highlights
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across all ages, including women’s health and pediatricsManage a schedule of ~8-12 patients per day to ensure quality and continuity of care
- 4½-day workweek
- 100% outpatient role — no inpatient or ER responsibilities
- Shared vacation call coverage among physician associates
- Integrated in-house pharmacy, lab, and optometry for seamless patient care
- Option to do minor procedures - dermatology, vasectomy, circumcision and more

Requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO, BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Comfortable caring for patients of all ages, including women’s health and pediatrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Team-oriented and eager to thrive in a modern, membership-based model
